Had such an amazing experience at Goldsmith’s at Welwyn Garden City. Angela was ace at getting me the jewellery that was not originally in stock at the branch. When I called to check if it had arrived, she was patient and helpful and also resourceful.
Then when I went to collect it, I was served by Nicola who was absolutely lovely and treated me as though I was the most important customer spending zillions on jewels. I could have stayed there for ages but I would have been a pauper by the end.
The final touches of thoughtfulness to seal earrings in the event that the gifts weren’t liked and the beautiful boxes and bags just made the experience one of my best in retail. Thank you ladies and keep up the good work.

Rare that I leave a review after a shopping trip but had a wonderful experience today when searching for a graduation watch. Jake was great help and gave solid recommendations on a watch that complimented my style and budget. Will be back for sure!

Fantastic service from Jake who spent ages with us selecting a watch for my wife.
He even came in on his day off so we could pick it up on a convenient day.

I rang to enquire about some watches I’d seen online I spoke to Jake who said he would check & order them then rang when they arrived, went to try on Jake was at lunch but promptly came out from office to serve me which was very kind, I tried watches and eventually after Jake’s help selected one that was already in the shop, (more expensive)????promptly adjusted for fit & I’m exremly happy with the watch & Jake’s professional & friendly service, he’s a credit to the company???? I was served by the lovely Sam today who helped me choose jewellery to replace items that were stolen during a burglary at my home on the 21st of January 2023 by 4 men. Sam showed empathy, kindness and patience.

On the rarest occasion of I entering Jewelers shop on direction of wife. I was pleasantly surprised to have the burden lifted. Excellent lady assistant who patiently helped wife to find exactly what she wanted, Guided in useing discount vouchers. Absolutely excellent service! smile's all around.
