Excellent service, picked up at Bambuddha Darlington at 10.30pm to travel to Newton Aycliffe. He was bang on time. Paul is a very pleasant professional taxi driver with a clean comfortable car. Would definately

Paul is prompt, kind, and very professional.

After using many other companies for my taxis in Darlington, I have found a company that is always reliable and professional.

If you need a taxi that will be there on time, give you updates, and offer great advice, I recommend Paul above all others.

I rang up and booked a taxi, few hours in advance, however the taxi did not show. We were going to a surprise party so needed to be prompt and after 20mins of waiting had to go to the taxi rank and used a much more reliable company. I tried to contact Paul's taxis when they were late, I rang 5times, but could not get through.

First time used arrived early and was very welcoming and even when I got the street wrong was still happy to take me to the correct address even though he was busy couldn't recommend a better taxi driver and an honest price.my advice is use Paul's taxis instead of taxi companies who are always just around the corner but 20 mins late

Brilliant service always on time always reliable, friendly and outgoing staff
I use them regularly and their customer service is second to none and i am always met with a smile.
Paul is amazing helpful and kind and all of the drivers I have had from him are always polite and positive.
He has very high standards which show in the quality of both his and his teams work

Paul was far and away the best taxi driver I've used. He was polite, punctual and extremely helpful. He rang me to give me directions to where he was parked, and he was always quick to respond to queries. I was very late for a meeting and he did everything in his power to get me there on time, and didn't charge me extra despite his quote being lower than the meter. I couldn't recommend Paul highly enough.
