The staff makes you feel like you are there to window shop only, they will only entertain you if you dress in a local style. Their designs are nice, making charges are way tooo much, customer service is poor. I bought what I was looking for from a different shop although I liked their designs more

Very bad hospitality, the staff are very rude, and are not willing to listen or work with you, very unfortunate for such a shop with a great selection but a very bad attitude.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the staff especially from the supervisor there. I have entered and asked for earrings and rings he said we don't have the one I was looking for, how do you know whats in my mind? I came in to the shop knowing what I want to buy. After nobody attended me I looked around until I approached the supervisor and asked if I should be wearing tuxedo or kandora to be attended. Eventually he lightly showed me some rings, but I lost my interest to buy from their shop anything, especially there literally no customer except me in the morning. It is disrespectful because I didn't come for window shopping. I got what I need from a different shop!

Worst shop with disrespectful staff all are unprofessional , all staff have attitude like they own this shop and i was very disappointed with them please change your staff keep some good staff one who respect there client , over all design jewellery very good but to much expensive making charges
