Booked a car to go out for a meal with my family. Pre booked a cab 24 hours beforehand and after it was 10 minutes late called cockfosters cars who proceeded to tell us that the booking didn't exist making us late for our dinner reservation . All the staff who we dealt with didn't seem to be bothered or even care about our predicament and did nothing to rectify the problem that they had caused. Terrible service and would only recommend if your willing to be an hour late to arrive to your destination.

Half an hour late to collect and driver kept saying it would be 10 minutes, said it would be £55 then it was £60 when we arrived and shouted at me, the driver kept breaking and accelerating for the entire journey making me feel so car sick. Really need to check drivers abilities - not a great experience…

Really like this station, it's the northern terminus of the picadilly line and is constructed with some classic Charles Holden architecture, it has a nice classic feel to it. The staff here are friendly, and hlepful, there are toilets (at a charge) and a small cafe.

Ordered the cab, she said the price is £17.50 from Barnet to Tottenham Hale station. But the driver charged me £23.00 ?? Not sure about next time will use this service again!

Spaces too small, not enough room to get out of your car. My car had a dent when i returned.

I wish I had read the reviews I would never have booked. They are so rude. Driver collected me from the airport with a suitcase in the boot. We had to sit with luggage on our laps. Then the driver said I had to pay more because our flight was delayed surely they check flight arrivals. Apparently it’s in the small print! I would never use them again. I would rather pay a bit more and get a decent service.

Taxi driver literally drive 25-30 down a long stretch of 50 speed limit road then missed my turning and over charged me. Maybe if he’d driven at anywhere near the speed limit he could have charged be a reasonable price! Disappointed - have had much better experiences in the past!
