10 years and 100's of purchases, but recent visits to this branch have turned me completely off. Used to be so good.

Went here looking for a ring doorbell and camera. The item wasn’t in stock but the man on the counter ordered it and I had it delivered to my house the next day.
Really good service and helpful staff. Would definitely shop there again.

The staff are very friendly. Order online and pickup most items within the hour. For some items you may have to wait 24 to 48 hours. Great service. You can now checkin on the app or inside the store with the ref number and your order will be waiting on the counter for you.

I popped into store to get some self level floor compound and ffion went above and beyond to help, she loaded 10 25kg bags up and brought to the loading bay and she even tried to help me to get them into my van. Thank you for your help ffion, Screwfix please treasure your staff like her

Great company, awful staff. I’m lucky to be served by the same young, pretty blonde lady every time I visit the store and she seems to be the only person who is capable of work! All other members are staff are always gathered just out of sight of customers gossiping, and seem to run off when customers are in the store. They may benefit from hiring people who aren’t as workshy as the people who are there now! They are very lucky to have the one lady that serves me and I’d be sad to see her go. Avoid if you want to be ignored and waiting for ages to be served, the young girl can only get through some many customers on her own!!!!!!!!

Ebbw Vale Screwfix was extremely efficient at one time. Staff would go out of their way to help. Today was the second time ive walk out due to a lack of customer's service & a don't care attitude. Its rapidly gone down hill.
