Thanks to coach Anna who helped me exercise despite my knee problem.
20 minutes but it feels like 2 hours.
Highly recommend to get the motivation to start exercising.

I thoroughly enjoy all my sessions and always look forward to the next . Reason being, I have a fantastic Instructor Olga. She is excellent and strict which is a great incentive for me.

Very clean place. Everything is new. Trainers are very nice and professional. I did my training with Hiyam. Very satisfied with it. Rooms are private. Training one on one. Thank You girls.
