Avail their services if you like waiting for eternity. We moved about a month ago and have been waiting for my water since. I had called them up and changed the address. Then made multiple calls to several customer service representatives , following up the order. They all repeat the "We have contacted the salesman and the water will reach you today."

And it's been two weeks already. Im still waiting for today.

For the love of God, don't order water from these guys unless you enjoy erratic deliveries and constant fighting.

the worst customer services team I ever dealt with.
first they are taking a lot of time to answer your call and their voice is very low and it is hard to hear them.
I made a complaint on 4th of March 2020 regarding 100AED which they supposed to return back to my account but till now I did receive it regardless the uncounted calls which I made but still they were unprofessional enough not to able to solve my problem.
please believe me don't deal with them because you will sure regret it.
