They ask you to deposit a deposit 25 dhs for 5 gallons bottle, and when you request to return the bottle to refund the deposit amount, they ask for a receipt, and if the receipt is lost, your money is lost with it, even if you were registered with them in the application as long time!

السلام عليكم،،، زيت الزيتون مر لدرجه لا تطاق وللأسف راحت فلوسي عاالفاضى يعني سعر عالي بدون جوده ومذاق مؤذي كنت بثق فيكم لكن الأن مقاطعه لمنتجاتكم والله حتى نجمه ماتستاهلوا بس مضطره عشان اعرف اوصلكم شكوتي ورأيي

متجر مدعوم من الحكومه بأسعاره خدمة توصيل . يضم المواد الغذائية وادوات نظافة ومثلجات. والمميز ان كل منتجاتهم من إنتاجهم( مجموعة أغذية )

عدم التزام بالمواعيد المبالغ تخصم من الحساب من دون تغيير عبوات الماء الشكاوى لا يتم حلها بل يغلقوا الشكوى لوحدهم و يرسلو ايميل انه الشكوى تم حلها ، ثلاث اسابيع اتصل كل اسبوع لابلغهم انه العبوات لم يتم تغييرها، و في كل مرة كل موظف يخبرني انه الماءستصل اليوم لمنها لا تصل تحربة سيئة جدا جدا سأقوم بالغاء حسابي و التوجه الى شركة مياه اكثر مصداقية

شركه سيئه و غير ملتزمين بتوصيل المياه بالمواعيد و غاليه بدون داعي و الشكوي لخدمه العملاء غير مجديه ولا انصح ابدا بالتعامل معهم و ربنا يعينا علي استرداد حقوقنا منهم و نحن بدوله قانون

تجربتي مع الشركة جدا سيئه حيث يتم خصم مبالغ أكثر من العبوات التي يتم توصيلها وتكرر الموضوع أكثر من مره

We stayed here around Christmas time, in the Little Lighthouse and it was a beautiful place to stay. We got great directions and instructions from Anne and a lovely welcoming pack of nibbles and drinks was waiting for us. The kitchen is very well stocked up for everything you need to cook and the huge dinner table and lovely crockery and cutlery are nice. Huge TV and nice sofa for flopping on after! Bed was super comfortable with the heater keeping us toasty. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic stay at the light house , Anne and Mike are lovely hosts. The accommodation is second to non 10/10 .

The apartment is absolutely immaculate. Wonderfully decorated in a nautical style with everything you need for a short break. A welcome hamper of a cream tea and tea and coffee, with milk in the fridge was a lovely touch. Anne is an excellent hostess. Will definitely be staying again.

The perfect place to stay to explore St Ives and the surrounding areas! The apartment is spotless and beautifully decorated. The owner, Anne, was very helpful and left a welcome hamper which we thought was a lovely touch! We would highly recommend staying here to anyone and we will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

The host was amazing so kind and helpful, leaving lovely thoughtful touches! The apartment was so well stocked and just frankly beautiful made it hard to leave but desperate to return already! This is what every stay should be like!
