I like the fact that this place is close to fish market. I have seen on some occasions people who went to fish market coming here to pick other household items. You can grocery shop here. The place was not crowded when I visited.

There are attractive offers here and also good cleanliness, the staff seemed very understaffed, a little more staff would help the customers a lot????

The problem is when they issue a weekly offer catalogue, 90% of the items are missing or not available. The other thing is the compaction of the store.

Today I went to buy fish not knowing it will ruin my day!!!.. fish and butchery section with staff name Husam Egyptian in night shift. He argued with me even though I politely asked to prioritize me because I’m the first who came.. very rude and disappointing pls do something and do better!!!

The customer service the supervisor and few staff very bad behaviour and most disrespectful.i would request to the alain co op management to look up for there responsibilities.
