Having moved in to our new build in December we have had nothing but problems. The aftercare has been non existent and we have been fobbed off repeatedly. We have had to have the entire house’s carpets removed and replaced and are awaiting the damage to all the walls to be fixed. The biggest sticking point has been kitchen where the worktops were damaged. They returned and removed them to replace them with what was meant to be like for like. But it was not, it was a completely new look and cut that was not agreed. After 2 months of back and forth it was agreed they would do mitrecut and match what we had, but when it came back to having it done they reneged on it and said they had misinformed and mislead us. Disastrous and useless. Avoid. Do not buy from them! Go elsewhere. Our kitchen remains in an awful state with damaged walls.
