Could do with a couple more elevators. Otherwise it's the best building I've lived in Abu Dhabi. Great location, great amenities and professionally managed.

Perfect location to live and property is very good and comfortable. The health club is very good and the receptionists and lifeguards are very friendly. Specially the receptionist named Kavya is very friendly and hospitable. She greets well. It’s love to have a place like this.

Amazing residency in the heart of abu dhabi. Nice view. Amazing neighborhood. All amenities near by. 5 mins walking to cornice.

Large balconies depending on which side you face. Great views of either the city or the corniche. Concierge service is amazing! They can assist with carrying groceries from your car and they have a trolley too.

Staff is professional and very helpful.

Only downside is a slight droning noise because of the neighbouring building's AC units. You get used to it though.
Other than that. It's great! Walking distance to pub, Spar supermarket and lots of reatruants!

A residential and offices tower in Downtown Abu Dhabi a few steps away from Abu Dhabi Corniche.
The tower has a unique wavy shape, with office space from the 7th to 18th floor and residential from the 19th up to 45.
The roof top has a gym, swimming pool, kids pool , jacuzzi and a beauty lounge for ladies.
The tower has a beautiful view of the Arabian Gulf , the city and the views can reach Al Reem Island, Yas Island, and even Mussaffah!
It is the only tower in Abu Dhabi that has apartments with huge balconies. The tower also houses starbucks, Costa and Morsels cafes.
It is considered one of Abu Dhabi landmarks and a luxurious tower.

It's a specially designed building with beautiful views of Corniche. But you will hardly find a parking around the building.
