Superb service. The whole MOT process was straightforward, quick and easy from the initial booking to collection of the car. Professional business and friendly staff; couldn't have been a better experience.

We recently used Darlington MOT Centre to get my dad's car through its MOT after being off the road for a while. Paul and James were extremely helpful in getting the car to their garage and doing the work. Couldn't have asked for a better service, highly recommended.

I have been using this company for years, whether it is a service or specific repairs. I'll not use anywhere else as you get honest, reliable work done

I've had work done to ask family cars, motorbikes and now a van. They know what they are on about

Phoned up last week to be booked in for a service.

Got no reminder text by the day off my service so phones up only to be told my motorbike isn't even booked in for service.

Asked me why I don't take it to the dealer because it is under warranty, which has nothing to do with a basic service.

Then proceed to tell me my gear indicator is cheap and Chinese when infact it was £200 and is Hungarian.

So asked if I wanted to cancel becouse they dont touch aftermarket parts, and put the phone down without even confirming that the bike is booked in, so again not even booked me in clearly.

Only wanted and oil change and my chain tightening basicly.

Very insulting clearly don't have a clue about motorbikes.

My alternator fan belt suddenly snapped and I rang Darlington MOT centre almost immediately!! Their service was exemplary and they really helped me out a big hole as my car is very important for my work. Thanks

Nothing is too much trouble for this family run business I always take my vehicle to have a service and MOT. Very reasonable prices highly recommend
