Comparing to other parks in Al Ain city and as I'm living in Al Ain since four years I can tell I enjoyed my time in this park a lot. It is not crowded and it is not small park as well. My kids enjoyed the playground and there is a long walking track as well.
The area considered as remote comparing to Jahily park and Selaimy but I find it a good point. It needs couple of kiosks for water and drinks but it has two restaurants which I didn't try yet.

Very peaceful and silent public park with greenery grass and you can enjoy walking or jogging with loved ones

is it a family park? If answer is yes then why there is no notice?? I live near the park. Today i go inside but security person told us if you have no family then go outside?? Im a bachelor, is that any crime???

If you are staying near, it's a good option .. nothing much to offer. Calm and quite , and the nature is nature everywhere ! Have two rounds of walk and get a rest on those green grass looking at sky ! It will beat all ur technological luxuries !! I bet !

I live right in front of this park. Really beautiful park where kids, families and workers all enjoy the space respectfully alhamdulilah
