We stayed there last weekend. Room was small, but very clean. TV remote was wrapped in a plastic bag and carpet felt clean. It actually made me feel safe.
I liked that place had 2 swimming pools - one to chill and another one - you can have a proper swim. Tennis court is free of charge, which is as well nice.
We had breakfast and dinner included. And food was absolutely amazing! I am used to go to buffet and have very average experience. But it was actually really good. All the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and hardworking. My friend is vegetarian and she was worried she will end up eating French fries and vegetables as always, but they prepared for her special meal, which was absolutely delicious.
I really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back there again.

The hotel's rooms are clean and have a laid-back vibe, and I'm going to check out. The service was excellent everywhere from housekeeping to the eateries. it occurred to me the pancakes at Flavours were amazing particularly my favourite food out of all the foods. The hotel's location is also excellent—it's close to malls and other locations. In general, I thought the hotel was amazing, along with the service—with a special nod to the people who looked after us. Thank you so much for everything; I really enjoyed my trip.

This hotel is not just good or bad it is beautiful and amazing. I love how they care about the children's safety. The food there is the best I've ate. And as each day the food was getting better and better. My favourite food there was the Nutella Crepe and Pancakes. Out of all the hotels I've been to this is the best. The decorations, food, rooms, pool and the entire hotel is a 9/10. I would love to come back here. Hope to see you again.

This is a really good place to stay to spend time with friends and family. Rooms, services, and cleanliness is very good. Staff are also very kind and helpful. However the view from the hotel rooms are not so good, mainly just dust, engines and machinery can be seen in the building below so if you do not want that you can book a room facing the other side. Food is just absolutely amazing and there are many options of multiple cuisines. Meat is also particularly cooked very well. Swimming pool is also very fun with a water slide. Overall I highly recommend this place. ????

Got enjoy a 1 night stay at the hotel.
It was a relaxing stay and the room was soo comfy. We got a pool view room. Enjoyed well in the pool area.

The only issue face was the drainage in the bathtub and sink wasn't proper and was kind of blocked. Water took a lot of time to drain.

Their breakfast menu was wide and the food was of good quality and taste. It included arabic, indian and continental.
The staffs at the restaurant were very cooperative and well behaved. Their hospitality is to be mentioned! Which was great!

Superb place to enjoy a weekend with family, kids friendly big pool and nice lap pool for adults, breakfast is super with loads of variety, room was very clean and spacious. Service is amazing. There was a little issue at the check in but situation was very well handled by the manager. The only negative point is closing of shisha and restaurant at 11pm. Overall must stay place for family.

My kids loved it.

Once you reach the hotel, a beautiful smile from Toya standing on the main entrance... and another smile from Ms. Jane, on reception, welcoming you.

the pool is perfect for kids. it's huge, and it has a slide. The kids will spend all the time sliding on it.
It has an outdoor play area, just beside the pool. It has some swings and slides,so you can have your coffee or shisha while they are playing.
The breakfast was good.
The housekeeping team is helpful. Whenever you call them, you find them.

* Self parking , just in front of the hotel. Parking is always available.

* You will not find tooth past, toothbrush, slipper, and spoon ????. But whenever you ask for it, immediately they will provide it free.

* There is another pool, 3 meters deep, you can use it as well. Opens, I think, from 7Am

* Family pool from 9AM to 10 pm.

* The sofa in the room can turn to a bed.

Totally Satisfied with my stay.

Stayed at the property for couple of days. Well located, has Clean and comfortable rooms. Decent property with a good pool with slide, kids will have lots of fun. Buffet has a decent spread, quality can be better.
