Staff: Nathan and Craig (apologies I didn't catch your surnames!)

On the date above, my mum was due for a CT scan from Central Middlesex Hospital to Northwick Park Hospital. The gentlemen mentioned above were extremely efficient, helpful, jovial and made my mum feel completely at ease with the scan. They really went above and beyond to make my mum's nerves calm down beforehand, so much appreciation.

Apologies I couldn't fill out a feedback form then, but hopefully this goes to both the two's manager and them.

Much appreciated folks, thanks again.
