Firstly, I was appalled by the condition of the washroom. It is dirty and has a strong unpleasant odor.
Upon entering the restaurant, we waited for a staggering 10 minutes before a waiter even acknowledged our presence. It was frustrating to see the lack of attention and responsiveness from the staff. When we finally got a table, it was disappointing to note that no waiter came to clean it, leaving it in an untidy state.
To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow. After placing our order, we had to wait for a whopping 40 minutes before the food was served at our table. This lengthy delay greatly affected our dining experience and left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
Additionally, the quality of the food was far from satisfactory. The chicken boti was overcooked and burnt, while the kababs were undercooked and raw. This lack of attention to detail in preparing the dishes was highly disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
Considering the occasion and the reputation of Al Ameer Restaurant, I had expected a much better experience. However, the dirty washroom, lack of prompt service, and subpar food quality left me with a negative impression.
I hope that Al Ameer Restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their washroom hygiene, service efficiency, and food quality.

However, I must mention that the prices at Al Ameeri Restaurant are a little bit higher compared to the surrounding restaurants. While the quality of the food justifies a slightly higher price tag, it would be more appealing if the prices were a bit more competitive. It's something to consider, especially for those who are looking for a more affordable dining option.
Another area that needs improvement is the service. During my visit, I found the service to be lacking. The staff seemed overwhelmed and there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness. It took quite some time for our orders to be taken, and there were delays in getting our food. Additionally, the servers seemed a bit disorganized, which further impacted the overall dining experience. Improving the service and ensuring that customers feel well attended to should be a priority for Al Ameeri Restaurant.
