Being used as a covid-19 testing centre at the moment. Staff are brilliant. Really professional. Explained the system well operated safely they're very helpful it's done quickly in and out in under 10 minutes. Great work people. Keep it up.

I had to take my son Scott for a test before he could go to Respite on Monday. Everyone from employee at entrance to reception and nice employee who talked me through whole process and even got another phone as mine wouldn't register barcode were wonderful. All so pleasant and reassuring.

Really impressed with how each and every staff member were so professional, efficient and sensitive while supporting you through the process. Inside the venue was absolutely immaculate. Waiting time was minimal.

I was actually there for a Covid test. Which was negative thankfully ???? The staff were lovely and helped me with every part of the process as it's a self test. I wasn't sure what to do but a lovely young lady spoke me through every step. Definitely made the process so much easier. If you have symptoms and have to go here for a test, please let me tell you that you will be fine. Although you have to go in alone as this is a Walkthrough and you do the Swabs yourself the staff, who are mainly young men and women will make you feel so at ease. The place is absolutely freezing though and the poor workers have to wear hats, scarves and gloves. Give them some heating please..they deserve it!!

Very professional. In and out with high tech scanner control. Well-supported. Easy procedures to follow and not time wasting. Excellent. Felt safe.

The guys manning the Covid test centre were really helpful and couldn't fault them at all. This was a pleasant surprise given what I was there for. They made me feel so at ease!

Took family for pcr tests. Set out perfect one way in and separate exit out with lft tests kits when leaving in and out in 5 mins. Well done
