Awful. I lost my ticket and therefore had no way of exiting the car park. I was unable to pay with cash, card, there was no one on the customer service desk and I was on hold to customer services for an hour after giving up. I've had to leave my car there overnight, had to get the bus home which took and hour (and £6 cost) and will need to leave early tomorrow morning to get the bus back (another £6) in the hope I can retrieve my car . I'm a mental health social worker and have had to cancel my morning clinic , letting down those who need it most. Well done NCP

Good to park before 9AM it's cheap for whole day, and close to the mall, the only problem is that the parking spaces are to narrow

We waited at the airport for over an hour for someone to come.
Very bad communication.
Unsafe and illegal way of transportation .
Never again.

They fixed the elevator thankfully.

Parking is cheaper with the app which works well, takes a while to set-up tho.

If you're staying at the hotel, you need to use the physical tickets so they can be refunded

Lift has been awaiting repair 3 years.
Not safe, not secure. Used to have a park mark award, now just has tons of issues.
Very, VERY expensive.

Pretty small car park. Very claustrophobic. Hard to park in bays and waaaaayyy too expensive in there????

Very safe and secure car park which is manned 24/7. Car can be kept very secure here

Terrible. Paid for the privilege of having to carry my kids up the the top deck of the car park. Very full hence why we had to park on the top floor.

Bet they are not in a hurry to get that fixed.

Very expensive for 1.5hrs,£5.90
