Had a bad experience with the first order.
In addition to the fact that they ignored our special requests, they as well didn’t deliver it to the car. They claimed that they couldn’t memorize the car number ???? as if it’s my problem. Moreover, here’s the problem after all the meal was done and left in the restaurant so we were obliged to step out our car & dine in.. BOLDLY, they asked for extra charge???????? hilarious joke. Learn about hospitality & generosity!! I understand u missed our plate number but extra money for your fault !!! What a shame!

One of the best restaurants in Al Ain City, the quality and food taste is incredible, the staff is attentive and providing very good service, suitable for all nationalities, and generally the prices are so affordable.

I recently dined at this restaurant and while there were some positives, there were also a few disappointments. The atmosphere was nice and the restaurant's garden was a highlight. It was beautifully maintained and a lovely place to sit and relax.

However, the food was not up to par with what I was expecting from a restaurant that specializes in traditional Arabic cuisine. While the dishes were presented well, they were lacking in flavor and authenticity. I was hoping to experience the rich spices and flavors that are characteristic of Arabic cuisine, but instead, the food was greasy and oily, which made it unappetizing.

Additionally, I was disappointed to learn that the quality of the food has decreased from what it used to be a few years ago. I had previously enjoyed dining at this restaurant, but this recent visit was not up to the same standard.

Despite these drawbacks, the service was good, and the staff was polite and attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and the garden was a delightful touch. However, I would recommend that the restaurant management focus on improving the quality of the food to match the standard of the restaurant's other features.

In summary, while I would still recommend this restaurant for its ambiance and service, I suggest that diners be prepared for a less than satisfying culinary experience. The restaurant has the potential to be great, but it needs to address its issues with the quality and authenticity of its food.

This place is great for families and people who.likes to set outside and enjoy nice views..the decoration is nice,kids area is close to the family so kids can play safely , toilets are clean.
Disadvantages is the slow service that is highly encountered in busy day,always better to call and make your request before going if u don't want to wait for long time

Although food is good and fair it will not compensate the poor service of the staff working here. They are very disrespectful and not hospitable. 2 male servers instructed us to go to male section to get our own drinks? Imagine that..ladies going to male section instead of them saying that ok we will bring drinks for all of you LADIES. It was very traumatic experience especially for first timers to eat in this restaurant. Definitely will not recommend this place.

The staff only speaks arabic so you might find it hard to order. However, sign language always work????????. The food is good and the sitting environment is perfect in an outdoor well decorated lawn.

Delicious food, mashawi and lamb galaia, and Spanish and lamp pastries were perfect. I recommend to try and good price with beautiful outdoor setting..
