If you are Asian, Indian, Filipino etc. please avoid this place at any cost. You will be treated bad or completely ignored.

We were there twice as a family of 4. (Yes food is really good).

Had to call for service and wait long. attended to us after 30 minutes. Meanwhile non asians who came after us were attended to and served almost immediately.

Had to wait long to get the service and food every single time. Plates, food, tea all were served after asking multiple times.

When it started raining, they managed to help others were as no attempt was made to do anything for us. They kept us and our food under poring rain. Just us in the entire place.

Next day, it was same. I felt like they enjoy ignoring asian nationalities, or it is unintentional but simply pathetic service.

They used to be really great few years back.
I wanted my family to have a nice dinner on a special day. But got it simply ruined.

Management has really put their efforts to keep the place good. But this kind of ignorance and bad service is going to bring this place down.

No matter what, Food is Awesome i have to say.

Although this place gets busy, the service is very good. They are always patient and helpful. The atmosphere is really great for families especially. They have a kids play area as well. The food always tastes great.

Its my first visit to Bayt AlShami. I loved the atmosphere. Sitting is arranged in a garden like place surrounded by greenary. Coolers blows confirtable air from all around. Big TV screen playing Sports channel. For Kids they have Bounce and Slides. I ordered Shawarma and charcoal Chicken. Taste was Good. Staff are friendly. Cost is a bit high, but it is worth for the atmosphere that they have created. I will recomment Bayt AlShams to Family and Getogether Parties.

I've been to this restaurant many times.
The pros are that food is good and prices are slightly above average.
The cons are, being a non Arab, it's hard to understand the waiter and vice versa.
The service isn't as fast as it should be, takes time to get attention of the waiter.

Excellent food, however customer service needs some attention. You might stay without service for a considerable amount of time unless you start shouting.

On the other hand, food is excellent!

Great outdoor seating with play area for kids. Good food at reasonable rates. Slightly understaffed which can cause delay in service during rush hours.

Great food. Cheap. Great to eat in the garden. They have giant screen and play sports channels.
