The lady who answers phone calls has a very very very poor customer service. Such a shame yelling and hanging up the call without knowing the reason of the call. Such a pity brand poor customer service results to a BAD BUSINESS

The staff, the collection, and the tailor are all nice. However I did not appreciate the way the manager responded to my concern regarding what I saw as a fundamental fault on the dress. I found it impolite and unprofessional.

I hate to shop, but I had a fantastic experience shopping at Al Boushiya. The staff was so helpful, the tailors did a fantastic job and made my dress feel like it was made just for me. The shop owner helped me identify the right cut for me and gave me styling tips for my shoes and accessories. I felt like a princess.

Great shop, friendly and knowledgeable owner. My partner and I don’t usually drink whiskey but went in for a browse anyway. We soon got chatting and after trying 3 whiskies went away with 2 bottles we’ll both enjoy.

Lovely whisky shop with a really helpful owner. Great choices which range from everyday drinkers to hard to find collectible bottles.

A real gem!

On the last leg of Scottish road trip, our hotel in Inveraray recommended we visit this sweet little whisky shop. What a real gem. What it lacks in size it more than makes up for in it’s select choice of unique whiskys from some of the smaller distilleries. And remember old fashioned customer service? We were greeted with a genuine smile and a warm welcome - despite looking like a couple of drowned rats sheltering from the heavy downpour!
The lady behind the counter was extremely knowledgeable and helped my husband navigate the subtle flavour nuance’s of the different whisky’s. I literally had to drag him out of there… but not before I sampled a fantastic gin I’d never heard of before. We’ll definitely be back.

An absolute wealth of info on Scottish spirits and a local/unique selection unlike most throughout the land. Feels less like a shop and more like your best friend's home.

it feels more like a chat with a whisky guru down the pub. Andy explains things with such a happy enthusiastic smile that you dont want to leave. However, when you do you must leave with heavier bag and warm happy feeling and an excitement to get home and try your new whiskey ;-)

The owner will advise you on what to buy depending upon your taste, the last time I visited I was driving so couldn't have a taster but when I described my preference she knew exactly what I would like and as this was my second visit to her shop I knew I was getting what whisky I liked. On my first visit I wasn't driving so was able to taste before buying and she is so knowledgeable she described the tastes exactly as they rolled over my tongue, end result I bought the bottle. Well worth a visit.
