Very unprofessional staff if you ask for any advice they won’t the able to answer. They need to have some kind of knowledge about the product they are selling not any clue about it. And bad attitude towards clients. Coventry store the worst experience ever will never recommend it in a million years

Didn't let me buy one shot because I'm not a regular customer, although I go there few times a year. You can can order 12 bottles from other company online but they wouldn't even give me one.

The staff was ignoring me , nobody came when I asked for help, in the end somebody came and we sorted out the delivery, even they managed to forget the items I ordered. Poor customer service.
