This was my favorite spa until this year i have seen a lot of bad management. Their employees are very unwelcoming, they make you wait for long time and they have no communication skills! I am sorry that it was so nice to go there! The owner should take some actions! Anyways, i am never going there again.

The place looks nice. The Moroccan bath wasnt really good honestly. They just applied products and asked me to shower after each time, instead if washing and scrubbing. I dont think the guy has enough experience. The room was freezing cold. The staff were nice and polite. All in all, there are better places for a Moroccan bath.

5 stars for the pedicure & manicure or waxing (Alberto & Eduardo) and I'm always satisfied with the service. However I don't like the Moroccan bath room because it's freezing cold at all times. Prices are also very reasonable

Good moroccan bath and moderate massage but generally I did not feel welcome possibly because I did not book by appointment. On further visits the service was much better. The moroccan bath is done well but the room is cool.

The most luxurious Spa in Abu Dhabi, the staff are very friendly and professional. The place is very clean with a lot of parking. I’ll definitely go there again and again.
