This is a cute and humble shopping mall in the heart of abudhabi consists of lulu hypermarket over 3 floors and small shops.. you get most if the major brands and items found in all lulu. Only disadvantage is you have yo pay separately in each floors. But it is gd for quick shopping

Yesterday i came around 11.52 pm one of the main door security near mc donalds he is not allowing to buy one item even i conveyed him this is for my child baby's milk item hardly will take 1 to 2 minutes only
Make sure from your side what is the cut off time to buy especially closing time and also paste sticker as well
Educate the security as well

Al Falah Plaza - Lulu has all needful items under one roof.
Many AbuDhabi school uniforms are available here.

I have been doing my shopping here for almost 10 years now. The place is not too big yet not too small. You can find here almost everything you need.

However, the customer service sucks. [Please treat this review as a concern rather than a complain].
Here's my story:
I bought a centrifugal juicer from here and got broken after few months of use. Since it's still under warranty, I brought it back for repair. After few days, i received a call from
them that I need to pay a certain amount as the damaged part was not under warranty. I sent a friend of mine who lives nearby to pay that amount on the same day. The store was not busy that day [no line/queue], but they told my friend to wait for the supervisor for few minutes. So my friend waited. It took him 20 min of waiting, another person approached him and told him that he cannot find the supervisor, so my friend needed to wait for another 10 min or so. After more than 10 min, the supervisor came and get the payment. My friend was told that no proof of payment was to be issued for this one [no biggie at least for me].

Today, I received an sms that my juicer is ready for collection. I sent my friend to collect it. He went there and showed the service order ref and gave all other information required. It was easily tracked in the system after providing all the info. But there was another hassle, the system did not show that the payment for repair was already made in advance [looked like somebody forgot to leave a note].To verify the payment, my friend was told to go with the sales assistant [not sure if it was actually the supervisor] back and forth 3 times from ground floor to first floor. It took several calls for them to finally release the repaired item after verification [from I dont know who] So much time wasted!

I think things like this should never happen to anyone. Everyone else's time is important. Hope that the staffs will be more organised next time.

Not a fan of this place. Its crammed, the roads around are always having traffic difficulties to drive. The Lulu hypermarket customer service is not a good at all. They need to improve the quality of products and staff. I would not go there again

There didn't find that much variety also they don't have my size there ,it is near my accomodation but I am not going there that much ????????

The place have worst customer experience in terms of packing what we purchased, especially if we are purchasing items that are more than 10cms in tall size

They provide the regular plastic cover even for carrying a mat or blanket or cooking ware set.

It was a horrific experience to carry the package back to room as the small plastic carry bag do not fit the item not its easy to carry them in our hand.

It s good place to shop provided of you do not want to carry in hand or if u have a car waiting u,,????
