Trying to get my clearance letter for more than one month now. All liabilities paid one month ago and still they couldn't release my clearance letter. Not giving clear reasons why they are not issuing clearance letter. Staff there is not at all helpful and supportive. Very unprofessionally managed branch. Not even deserved for one star...
