The service was very much customer oriented. I have changed 4 new tyres for which I got the best price and latest manufacturing date. Due to some issues I’ve contacted them again. Aadhil and Aaqhil was extremely helpful in sorting out the problem. I have to go visit the Pirelli expert and get the tyres inspected and upon inspection, found balance issues with 3 Tyres and got them all replaced under warranty. Even though it took some time and work to get it all corrected, Aadhil was extremely polite and reasonable throughout the ordeal.
I’m extremely impressed by the way they handled the otherwise uncomfortable situation. Would recommend them.

Fast service with the best prices, I recommend it, highly recommend, and the staff are respectful, also the best price in the market.this is my second service and I’m happy with it.

Too good in handling customer esp the owner is technically good and gives you best price in town, advisable for any technical problems , I had been couple of times and they still maintain that customer service quality

The best tyre shop in Mussafa, Al Fatah tyres have the biggest stock of tyres to suit all customers for any budget. The fix punctures in record time and offer complimentary Nitrous gas. Their electronic wheel alignment is the best. I recently changed tyres on my Lexus and wanted quiet tyres. They installed Michelin Primacy tyres and did an amazing job. Highly recommended. 10/10 ????????????????????

I called and booked appointment for disc skimming. Upon arrival I was asked to park the car within 10 mins. After which the mechanic spoke to me and asked the issue and the reason I'm doing skimming. I explained to him and he agreed with the skimming. Explained me in detail the process and shared some knowledge on discs.

Service was completed in less than hour.

While I was waiting I had great chat with the owner. I asked him about changing my car tires to off road ones. He discussed with me and gave his suggestions.

Prices are reasonable and service is great!

In case you are going to spend longer time, there is an shisha cafe right next to garage.

Highly recommended!

Tyer alignment used to be good but recently is bad. I tried to explain the problem of common tyre wear problems with the manager but he kept saying our readings of alignment is according to the main dealer in abu dhabi. The front tires has no problem in my car while rear are wearing from outside. He could not explain why the rear tires are wearing from the outside. The first pic for rear tyre. The second for the front tyre
