Please check your receipts after paying for parking . I was in the short term parking for 42 minutes and was charged £45 .At Glasgow Airport this morning . I've now spent 1hour 45 on the phone trying to get a refund and I'm still not getting through to the finance department as apparently there's only 1 member of staff to answer the phone. I'm now trying to email as this might be the only way to get a response Good luck to anyone parking at NCP.

Went in car park by accident, not realising you have to pay £5 just to get out. Not ideal especially when I didn't even get to park. Up to 20 mins is £5.

My tale is of a shoddy cheapskate operation aided by Glasgow Airport who also love a good lie send basic information, Awww it'll Know your number plate just pull up.. Erm no it was clueless.. We've lots of shuttles on a 5 minute constant turnaround- Ermmm no you had one bus on a a Saturday evening half people got turned away to come back for maybe 20mins later...
On way back your driver just decided to shut the doors on a person in front of me actually jamming him between the doors, the guy shouted and gave him the stare... The driver just looked at him & did it again.. Omg.
Add to return journey bus was v late while all rest of Paisley parking companies had 3 vehicles returned by time ours even bothered himself to show .. He said not a word just proceeded to jam people in the doors very odd to say the least.. I'll not book there ever ever again cheers Glasgow Airport you were terrible in the parking department from email info to on site ops, shocking as it gets, so we're your drivers and I've never said anything bad that about anyone before.. Have a word will ya. ..

Avoid
I was 1 hr late mostly due to their slow shuttle bus service
For which I had to pay an extra £15 at the gate to get out
Most other companies allow some leeway in case your flight is delayed
Never again will I use NCP
I’ve been ripped of by them previously

about 1630 hours on 7th November 2021 I dropped off a person at the Glasgow airport and then proceeded to the payment point at the exit . After depositing £4.00 in legal tender in the collection point tray the barrier failed to rise and the display screen showed i still owned £1.40 .The poorly maintained card reader with most numbers obliterated would not accept either the tap in or the reader facility. After a prolonged time a young lady came to me assistance. In the poorly illuminated area she showed me the location of the help button,handed me 4 pound coins and disappeared. The barrier was raised as a response to the help request. On returning home I telephone the NCP at
Glasgow airport asking for any CCTV assistance that could give that would lead me to tracing the good lady who came to my assistance. I was curtly told that such a facility existed but not under any circumstances would they divulge the registration number of the car . I consider that attitude of the NCP attendant quite shocking in that he was well aware that all the problem was caused by his machine failing to accept the correct payment in legal tender and the payment by card facility was not maintained to an acceptable. working standard . If an error on the part of this firm is dealt with in a similar manner then it in no surprise some people are crashing the barriers..It would be interesting to know if non co-operation is an NCP policy

Parked for a weeks holiday and due to flight times had to pay 8 days rate on prebooking. Not a problem until on return due to a delayed flight. As I was 3.5 hours later than planned barrier on exit said I was due £28!! Went into the office and the guy immediately presumed it was my error. His system had me as returning at the wrong time and thankfully his supervisor appeared to use common sense and over righted the fault once I produced the confirmation email. Didnt matter that I had paid 8 days and returned after 7 days and 12 hours because I was after the scheduled time it automatically charges you extra.
The parking itself is ok and easy to navigate to. The bus driver however did sit and watch me and my wife struggle with cases and babies alongside an elderly couples bags. I know health and safety probably prevents him from helping but other service providers the driver assists with loading the bags especially when you go abroad and the drivers are insulted if you try to help them. All in all will probably look elsewhere next time unless the price is ridiculously cheaper.

Worst service going. Book Flying Scott, book the expensive car park across from arivals. BUT JUST DONT BOOK THIS!

Accidently went into this carpark after the M8 was closed so was finding another route. I was charged £4 for the pleasure of driving through the car park. C-U-N-T-S
