I was trying to place an order today within a specific budget , they didn’t take my request seriously and didn’t cooperate with me , they simply refused the budget provided by replying ( sorry can’t) without offering any other options that may suits my requirements!!!
This is very disappointing, You should at least appreciate that I’ve chose this shop instead of many other flower shops in town
I won’t come back again
Customer service and professionalism means a lot, they could have changed my mind and raised the budget if they had explained it and talked to me as a customer correctly.
