Very reasonable apartments and villas in a quiet area and reasonable community. Definitely enjoy living here

Walls made of paper and feels like tent because whatever is outside will be inside! Heat, cold, rain, wind, storm, sand, noise from the truck road, etc. The windows are the lowest quality possible like anything else in these houses. The house is not insulated so in summer you pay $$$ and still feels warm inside.

The ACs break every month then the water heater then the water pump and that will keep you so busy that you won’t have time to think about your work or life as if you have a full time job here maintaining your house and dealing with the useless maintenance team as no one comes from Dubai to here to repair an AC!
You end up paying whatever they says after 2 weeks of going without AC in your bedroom because you have no choice!

The water and electricity cuts without notice and if you call them, haha good luck! The answer is always; we will send the team and call you back… and you go Aroun the circle until you get lucky! When! Only god knows!

The one star is for the amazing landscape and greenery. Nice to walk 4-6 months of the year if there is no sandstorm ????

If we have more stars than 5 will be dragging all of them / it’s such a lovely and nice compound family oriented.. we were so happy once they opened the big shop it’s little expensive but handy / nursery is brilliant / pharmacy / GYM / Wrap that cafe / quality of life there amazing / Ppl / friends neighbors / it’s worth for money despite its faraway from lots of places but it’s all about how you feel once you enter the compound you feel it’s like your home ... we spent fortune in landscaping and fences coz we believe that it’s a place to let you feel happy always

Located strategically on the border between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, right in the middle. It takes you about 45min to reach Reem Islands in Abu Dhabi and 45min to reach Downtown Dubai from here, well landscaped community, pets friendly, the project contains low rise buildings and villas as well as big supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, barber shop and ladies beauty salon.
I highly recommend to the people who they work between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

even though it is isolated it is very peaceful with one mosque . It is very diverse.The houses are very affordable and there are varities to choose.
