I live in one of the properties managed by Khidmah. When I called to file a complaint about a pending maintenance issue since October 2022 the agent told me that she will raise the complaint after checking with the maintenance team their side of the story. Note that I work as quality assurance in customer service. First time in my 15 years career I hear such a response from a customer service agent. Also she told me this is part of their processes! Hey, Khidmah management team please review your processes as every customer has the right to raise a complaint irrespective of what is the "other side's "story.

As many residents here, we are also very disappointed about the neglected landscaping. Since you took over, many trees and bushes are dying.

Only when contacted , someone will show to fix an issue.
This should not be needed. There should be preventative work done. Not when it is almost to late, or to late.

Amazing place. Here there are skaters doing incredible tricks, but mostly this place is fantastic because you can find the tunnel used as the location for the tramp's scene in Clockwork Orange.

"One thing I could never stand is to see a filthy, dirty old drunkie, howling away at the filthy songs of his fathers and going blerp, blerp in between as it might be a filthy old orchestra in his stinking rotten guts. I could never stand to see anyone like that, whatever his age might be, but more especially when he was real old like this one was."
