Thought I'd use the new bus service to Sandbach this evening........waited for 15 mins for the 37 service but it still hadn't arrived so had to call a friend to pick us up. Just before my friend arrived the bus turned up. 21 minutes late ???? Won't bother again. They're about as reliable as Arriva used to be!!

bus driver was incredibly rude on the 38 bus from crewe at 3 oclock everyone who came on the bus was met with the same treatment my partner not great service in my opinion

The D&G No 12 Service, Crewe to Shavington, is very good and so reliable. I'v given up using the Arriva No 84 due to its dreadful reliabilty and just walk up Rope Lane form Wells Green corner for 8 minutes to Ropebank Avenue and join the No 12 to Crewe.
Just wish D&G would take over the No 84 Crewe to Nantwich route.

Shocking.!!
8 buses in 3 weeks have failed to turn up at all on the C85 Madeley to Newcastle route and return. .!!!Leaving vulnerable people in the cold for hours and costing many pounds in taxi fares.

That's hardly a service more a liability!!

Absolute horrible bus service here in Crewe. Bus just doesn't show up on scheduelled time. I've been late to work so many times because of this. Shame the only alternative is a bus service just as bad.

Two old age pensioners walking towards the bus on bus station in Crewe, driver saw us closed door and pointed at his watch!! Arrogance, mean, horrible man and never ever will I use a D and G bus again. Customer care training needed for bus drivers who think they are clever. By the way I pay full price bus fayre so pay his wages.!! No 85 bus.

I would prefer D&G to first bus. Yes some of the drivers are a little rude but most of them are friendly and cheerful. I've got many friends who work for D&G bus and they are decent hard working people.
