Obviously struggling under the weight of patients but I have always found them to be good, once you get to see them. Whether it is diagnosis, tests or referrals.

Doctors are wonderful, however impossible to get through on the phone. It's quicker to walk there if you can.

this surgery seem to find it extremely difficult to answer the phone. been on hold for 40 minutes

You simply can not contact this surgery by phone. I have been phining since 8:45 on redial. Am up to over 45 minutes and 145 calls and still just engaged. They either have nobody anserving the phones or they need more capacity. This is a dangerous situation that will just lead to patients phoning the terrible 111 service or 999..... Truly awful service!
