One of the Egyptian customer service guys has very bad attitude.when I came to renew my driving license he told me to come next day , I informed him that I already called and somebody told me to come . Then he told me to wait in a rude way .I expected a very professional attitude from such a big group .but It was really disappointing .Please don’t keep such people ,they will ruin the name of the organization.The Philippeno lady was really nice .

We had visited the shop and the way of attending the customer is very horrible..there was one sales person by name Mr Ahmad. And the way he attended us is very bad
