Parking is a mess! Even if you don't go by car, you can't be even dropped off close to the building, as there no drop off lanes. Builfing management are slow and non responsive. The construction going on is too close to the entrance causing disturbance and dust foing in the building. Elevators are not programmed properly so it is a pain getting up and down. It is simply a nightmare!

Good accomodation. Strategically placed in the heart of the City and the complementary breakfast is quite good. Oh yeah.

The changing rooms are really weird. They are by the till and leave the top and bottom exposed to everyone can basically see you get unchanged. I think it’s designed to deter theft which kind of sets a bad reputation for the store…. First time I’d been in Sports Direct so was a bit surreal experience. Did end up buying two pairs of Chinos from Jack Wills though, after a disappointing hunt in the nearby TK Maxx.

Nice enough store, just really very limited sizes, it’s always as if we go here then have to order the item on line,

Large store with a variety of stock but pretty disappointing. Customer service is pretty bad especially upstairs and annoying to have to ask staff to grab most items from the top racks or ask to bring shoes from the back.

Turned up at just after 6pm.. No staff upstairs and very few staff downstairs. Sort yourselves out Sports Direct!

Just visited Central Six Coventry store , was about to purchase a number of items, when we were approached by a member of staff, my children had innocently found a security tag in the pocket of some jogging bottoms, and one wondered what it was and the other put it back in the pocket, and walked away. I was unaware of this because I was looking at other items. When approached I felt the manner was intimidating and all I can assume is that he was he was accusing us of stealing or planning to steal. His manner was calm but I felt belittled and small and I accused him of being aggressive , actually he was passive aggressive and I feel so upset by this incident. We were literally on the way to the till but I really didn't want to buy the items after this . I can understand that the store must suffer from a lot of left , but NOT from us . Am so disgusted that I don't want to shop there again, have shopped there for years, and have found some staff to be very nice ...tonight was a different story.
