I Like My lovely teacher Miss amira mechta she is always kind to me and I feel Cosy with the classes there and I really appreciate the institute for hiring this lovely teacher plus, she helps us very much when we have serious exams and the reason my English level got higher was because of her.

Miss Amira she is very helpful and kind also she is the prefect teacher for me when she explain something i anderstand quickly and she make us happy and she is the best teacher i have seen. Also i want to let miss Amira with us. And thank you you are the best teacher

My experience with i English Institute continues to deteriorate as I share the additional disappointing details of my encounter. Not only did they waste my time and fail to deliver on their promises, but they also displayed a disgraceful policy regarding course cancellations and refunds.

After enduring the constant schedule changes and the tutor's unreliable attendance, I reached my breaking point and decided to request a cancellation of my course. It was clear to me that i English Institute was not capable of providing the learning experience I desired, and I wanted to explore other options that could fulfill my requirements more efficiently.

To my dismay, the institute's response was shocking. They flat-out refused to grant my request for a refund, despite acknowledging the unsatisfactory nature of the course. This goes against common sense and basic customer service principles. It is utterly unfair that they would deny me the opportunity to seek education elsewhere and retain the money I had invested in their failed program.

Furthermore, I was even more frustrated when they reminded me that, before signing the contract, they had explicitly stated that refunds would not be provided if I didn't like the course. It is disheartening to realize that they misled me with false promises and lured me into a situation where I had no choice but to continue, regardless of my dissatisfaction.

This unwillingness to rectify their mistakes and offer a reasonable resolution to a dissatisfied customer is unacceptable. i English Institute's refusal to refund my money demonstrates a complete lack of accountability and customer-centricity. It is a clear indication that their primary concern is financial gain, rather than ensuring student satisfaction or providing a quality learning experience.

I strongly caution anyone considering enrolling at i English Institute to beware of their disgraceful policy regarding cancellations and refunds. The institute's stubbornness in not allowing me to discontinue the course and demanding that I complete it, even after acknowledging its shortcomings, is both unethical and unprofessional.

In conclusion, my experience with i English Institute has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their refusal to accommodate my request for a refund, despite the subpar course and their own admission of its inadequacy, is a clear reflection of their disregard for customer satisfaction. I implore others to avoid this institute and seek out alternatives that prioritize their students' needs and stand by their promises.

IEnglish learning institute was the best place to enrol my child in. He improved so much..In many different aspects.. His writing reading pronunciation and more! The reception staff are really friendly and kids love them.. my son can't wait for his next class because of how friendly and kind they are. On the other hand the teachers have astonishing teaching techniques.. and the learning environment is the coolest learning environment I've ever seen unlike many dull learning classes. So I'd really like to thank IEnglish kids institute for their awesome efforts!

My experience with this institute has been nothing short of amazing. I have learned a tremendous deal of English and have loved learning from a Native English speaker. Professor Zach exceeded all my expectations and helped me along my journey in the most professional and caring way possible. I would highly recommend this institute and Professor Zach to anyone looking to further their English knowledge!

I have learned so much in my classes with Miss Ameera.
She really knows how to motivate her students.
She is great of building confidence and keeping lessons fun and engaging through variety of activities.

iEnglish helped me score a perfect band in less than 2 weeks. They take time to teach and make sure you understand what needs to be done. I’m glad to say they are really helpful
