Now Primark has introduced self check outs on both ground floor and first floor so it's much quicker paying when shopping .you will get everything from household, bedding clothed , flat packed furniture,decor dinner dishes, picnic stuff,night wear, casual,party ,formal for men, ladies kids.
Electric kettle ,toster, sandwich maker, ice cream maker lamps just to mention few all have a great Primark shopping experience.

Did not like till set up and get out of the store procedure. If the company do not trust customers then employ more staff to serve, rather than treat all customers as potential thief's.

Low quality South East Asian made rubbish, at a high price for what it is and shocking customer service.
I witnessed an elderly man today trying to return a pair of shoes that he had bought 6 months ago, and that the sole had fallen off one of them. Primark staff refused to help at all, saying "what do you expect for £16" , really saying no refund and get lost. The elderly man was, quite rightly, not happy with this and asked to speak to a manager. The manager was even worse, was aggressive. and accused the elderly man of harassing and upsetting his staff, which was not true at all as he had remained calm and polite at all times.
Primary need to get back to basics with lessons in customer care and customer service for all of their staff including management.
Shocking, and I just wish I had filmed it.
Best advice to customers is to take your business and your money elsewhere.
