Great place for a multitude of household items at remarkable prices. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they have time for their customer and the service is second to none. I would highly recommend this store to anyone thinking of buying household products etc.

I was very impressed by the detailed knowledge and explanations which made purchasing a sofa set thoroughly enjoyable. I will recommend this particular branch to all my family and friends. Very refreshing to experience high street retail service at its best!

Like a mini ikea, service was friendly but so slow...????. Stock chrcking took forever then unavailable and 2/3 weeks for delivery if ordered. Then another age for another check and the girl came out, went back in to stockroom, then vanished.Good thing was a nice, cool shop on a very hot day!

Bit cramped. Less space to move and browse around. Most products are fairly priced as per the quality you get. Feels like more or less or slightly lower par if compared to Ikea.

Like shopping in JYSK...always have good offers on. One thing I would say is that there are minimal staff members in store to deal with you if you are asking about something you want to buy; so more often than not you will be taking part in the Great British sport of queuing. Staff are always friendly & helpful. Have lots of furniture & furnishings from Jysk in my home as they are well made.

Complete joke of a company. Will never buy from them in the future.
Ordered a mattress over a month ago, on the day of delivery the driver calls me that the van broke down.

Now I have been waiting for more than a week but still no word of when the delivery will be done.

Bought ratton garden chairs 6 in all not cheap a fair price so I thought only after one summer and stored inside during winter 3 of the chairs split at the top 13 months old was told out of guarantee nothing they can do cheap rubbish now I thought do not buy ratton furniture again cheap rubbish customer services rubbish too

A bit of a tip to be fair. Upstairs is a mess. Too much space given over to tat. Not sure I'd risk buying anything substantial like furniture. Store probably needs to be bigger.
