It is an excellent nursery with great and kind teachers. They have lots of activities that engage children and a stimulating environment for children. It is a safe, beautiful, spacious and well managed nursery. My boy Yusuf attended for one term (3 months) only and I could see the progress in his personality and increased confidence.

Firstly the doctors here are very good and my 2 stars is about booking appointments, because their appointment system does not work. Was caller #19 so waited a while to get through to find there were no appointments available. It would be better if there was a message telling you there were no appointments left to save time, frustration and disappointment after waiting so long to get through, but leaving the option open for those who want to speak to the receptionist to wait in the queue. Now left wondering whether to go to A & E or try again tomorrow.

Shame I can not give them 0 stars. Born with spina biferda, got arthritis with multiple other conditions. I'm suffering hugely with pain and unable to move around as much as summer due to weather, being unable to afford gad prices means my home is also cold. And yet they are refusing to give me medication that's on my medical file for these conditions and refusing to see me ant sooner than 6 weeks. They really do not care about their patients, he doesn't follow duty of care for them. Unless you want to die this winter AVOID THIS SURGERY AND DOCTOR GREY!!!!

Doctors are excellent, getting through to see one is impossible, no routine appointments you have to call at 8am to get a call back. Been trying for 2 days now to get a appointment and still no joy, their excuse today was the locum doctor hadn’t turned up! Tried booking on the patient access site and closest appointment is the 23rd March, 13 day wait is not good enough. The surgery needs to go back to normal routine appointments instead of this rubbish 8am call. Yesterday when I called the answer I got was if it’s not good enough then go to Russell’s hall A&E. no wonder the hospital is under so much pressure. Not fit for purpose the way it currently runs in my opinion ????

Before COVID they were bad with prescriptions, promised callbacks, and appointments outside office hours. Now they are truly useless. Everytime we need to see a doctor we have to pray we can get an emergency appointment. No planned appointments allowed. Try to fob you off with a phone conversation which then advises us to go to a walk-in or told to GO TO TIPTON instead. I've taken my prescriptions away from GP over petty arguments with receptionists. If I'm being referred to Tipton 6 MILES AWAY. I may aswell look for a new GP on the way. Stressful and pointless. Just call 111 and save yourself the hassle.

I will be changing my Practice very soon. My GP is excellent. Unfortunately you have to get through the receptionist 1st - the particular one I spoke to thinks she's a Doctor. Absolutely disgusting! She told me to go to A&E with my concerns. It's no wonder that A&E services are bursting at the seams!! I'm seriously shocked by lack of empathy. Will be reporting.

There is never any appointments at any point when you ring. Some of the receptionists are extremely rude and try to make clinical decisions. One positive i will say is my midwife is lovely and friendly but i dont feel safe using that surgery.

Recently had visit with Dr Gray at the surgery. After explaining my symptoms he wasted no time in sending me to AEC to get urgent blood tests done. I've since been diagnosed with a rare disorder, that after speaking with others with the same condition, found can take a long time to diagnose. Due to Dr Gray's knowledge and quick thinking I was able to get diagnosed quickly.
I've also recently started the medication, which have some strong side effects and Dr Gray is keeping in contact with me to monitor and adjust.
Honestly, the care I've received has been great, and after hearing so many others having issues and waiting months to be diagnosed whilst dealing with this pain, makes me so much more grateful towards Dr Gray.

This must be the best doctors in the world. The times we have been able to get in for an emergency appointment on the day is great. All the doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful and have done nothing but help and support our family. You may have to wait after your appointment time to see your doctors and that is because they are thorough, Appointments for non emergencies might be a while , however, you will get to see your doctor.

After having to work in the us for a short while, we don't realise how lucky we are not having to pay £100 to walk through the door before even seeing a doctor.
