A good Hypermarket in shabiya if you like to go for grocery, I can recommend this.

Prices was good, staff was friendly and it's located at shabiya10/mbz

The first mall that I have visited in abu dhabi n I just lost my self overthere bcz the fruit , chocolates are in so much varieties n all the stuffs are really attracting to me .

The cash counter staff are, not trained, lazy, and so rude.. especially a girl (maybe Filipino )whenever I come she is so rude.. if u ask something the second time she shows some facial expressions.. I don't know.. why this attitude to the customer.. I'm not happy at all when I'm leaving from there.... please ask them to stop frustration towards the customers.. I lost my mind after leaving there..

I recently visited this supermarket and was disappointed with my experience. There were several issues that detracted from the overall shopping experience, and I would like to highlight them in this review.

Firstly, the supermarket is located in a very small space, and the narrow aisles make it difficult to navigate, especially when there are crowds. The poor layout of the store makes it challenging to move around with ease.

Secondly, the supermarket is significantly overpriced compared to other supermarkets in the city. It is surprising to see that despite the limited selection of brands, they still charge exorbitant prices.

Thirdly, the staff is not well-trained, and this is most evident at the cash counters where queues can become quite long due to the slow cashiers. This results in delays and frustration for customers.

Fourthly, the branch is severely understaffed, and it is challenging to find a staff member to assist with anything. This problem is compounded when reaching the cash counters, where a lack of staff leads to long waiting times.

Fifthly, the quality of fruits and vegetables is subpar, and the prices are unreasonably high.

Lastly, the garments are excessively overpriced, and while the quality is passable, the prices are unjustifiably high.

Overall, I cannot recommend this supermarket. My experience was disappointing, and I would not give it even a single star. There is now more competition in the area, and if the supermarket does not address the issues mentioned, it may struggle to retain customers.

Friday, Saturday u will get offer price. Normal. Prices are affordable. But u will get special prices for weekend only
