OH IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD!! Extremely RUDE staff! Receptionist Vicky treated me and my vulnerable and disabled (!) mother like DOGS! Shocking unprofessional behavior! Been pointed at, shouted, lied to, all in aggressive way only! The place doesn't care about clearly explained conditions of a patient.. In addition, several times receptionist hang up on me while speaking! Or put me on hold many times during conversation without any warning, not letting me finish a sentence! Or I was waiting on a line for around 40mins to get back through and this was done on purpose by the staff because they didn't want to speak to me! Oh, forget you will ever get to speak to a Practice Manager. It was more important for him that he was going home at 4PM than speaking to a patient who was unable to handle an aggressive receptionist! Clearly didn't want to deal with anything or take any responsibility. So so MUCH to say about this place. How this place can even be an official medical centre?! How these people can deal with ill, vulnerable human beings?! SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING!!!

I have just come off the phone to the most polite , helpful and kind receptionist EVER , am in shock still how pleasantly she spoke to me and how helpful she was ( as I was gearing myself up for rudeness after a bad experience at my previous practice which we are leaving ) So we will be fully registering here , my Grandson and I , in our new forever home area and I hope the staff are as lovely in person as on the phone as it is like a breath of fresh air to get pleasant and polite staff and I wish I took her name! u003c3 x

I have called four days in a row to get test results after 2pm. 40+ minute wait, get to the front of the queue and someone picks up and immediately hangs up. I have also emailed numerous times. No information on my portal, it just says you need to ring the surgery to get the results. Can't do an e-consult because they aren't taking them at the moment (said the same the whole week). How on earth am I supposed to know what is wrong with me when they never answer.
I am only in this position because a year ago they forgot to tell me my diagnosis when I called for results, so my condition has no worsened over the course of a year.
What on earth is going on?????

Truly amazing and caring doctors and clinical staff. My family and I have been with Green Street Green for over 3 years now and to say their care is exemplary would be an understatement. Dr Riley, Dr Sweet and Dr Wijesinghe have always listened thoroughly to any issues or concerns we have had, asked to see us in person even during COVID. We have never felt that we were on a time limit. The reception staff are also lovely, and they try and deal with any concerns as best as they can. We definitely recommend this practice to anyone moving to the area.

EXTREMELY RUDE receptionst. She didn't even know the basic respect for human. Not to mention being racist. She just rejected to keep a copy of my kids' immunisation record (as those info are required by the registration form) without even had a look at them (because of my race). She said: We can't read it. I replied: I am sorry but they are in ENGLISH. She then had a copy of them finally.....Very unpleasant experience even just to hand in the GP registration form.

***From Bromley Council website, here are the advise for the child's immunisation:
If you're not sure whether you or your child have had all your routine vaccinations, ask your GP or practice nurse to find out for you. It may be possible to catch up later in life.

1. Reception staff are incredibly rude, patronising and frequently fail to answer the phone.
2. I have received a wrong diagnosis on multiple occasions where you don’t haft to be a doctor to know their diagnosis is incorrect, common sense and Google is more helpful!
3. They’re incredibly unhelpful and a poor excuse for a medical practice

Just had a receptionist mock my Irish accent and when I asked for her name, she gave me two Irish names and lied that the practice manager is Michael O’Leary, not the case. It was all over asking about a blood test. Obnoxious and racist and totally unprofessional. Lodging an official complaint.
