My thoughts are that the staff are not good. They make every place dirty because they smoke outside their offices after they smoke they throw cigarette ashes all over our floor .

Awesome service. Due to initial booking failure Amrit re arranged everything for us and even picked us up in the evening when he easnt supposed to be working. Excellent price and worthy of a good tip for the excellent stress free service.

Absolutely brilliant service, partner uses taxi most mornings as he’s a plaster he replies on sunny or Amrit to get him to work on time which is always the case. Moreover so friendly and always help with pram , shopping ect , even help with bags to the door even if I go into a flat they will bring up for me !! Very reliably , never go with any other service and excellent prices too.

The service is best all the time . Even the roads are closed, the driver always charge us fix fare . Will always use them.

I ordered taxi few hours before through their Android app, received mail confirmation but never seen the cab. Tried to call the dispatcher several times on the number provided in Facebook, Google and app, the only answer was automatically saying that dispatcher is not available. Ended in ordering taxi from another company and fortunately managed to get to the airport on time.

Stay away from this company!

Great service, highly reccomended!!!
I ordered a taxi on Friday to take me to University hospital, they rang back a few minutes later to ask what time my appointment was as they thought there was a few roadworks and they didnt want my journey to be delayed and me to miss my appointment. I found this very thoughtful and considerate.
I rang Bedworth Taxis for my journey back from the hospital a couple of hours later, they was there within 15 minutes to pick me up.
First rate service, will use Bedworth Taxis for all future journeys.
I have edited this post as I forgot to say very reasonable fares too!!

Terrible company, requested a taxi in plenty of time to catch airport transfer, waited until 10 mins after agreed time, tried to ring several times, no answer, in desperation rang another company. Disgusting treatment , could have missed our flights, give this company a wide berth
