New mall. Just open AFOC supermarket only. Some. Shops under decorations.. Prices are little high. Fruits and veg section is neat and good but price comparitivly high

This community mall is small and designed to correspond to all the needs of the surrounding residential area. It has 2 floors and all facilities on the ground.
But it seems that the rent is too high for small businesses and it is almost empty.
On the 1st floor there is a pharmacy and a few shops and fast food restaurants.
The 2nd floor was taken by huge AF COOP with actual standard prices and plenty of choices, but it looks like a ghost city.

Al Maqtaa Mall

Newly opened mall currently only AFCOOP Hypermarket is opened.
Will have food court and shops opening soon.

Underground parking space.

Wheelchair accessible.

Hidden gem of Abu Dhabi. Very calm and quiet shopping mall. AFCOOP is one of the best hypermarket in Abu Dhabi.

You can only Find here Starbucks, Afcoop, KFC AND PIZZAHUT, Bath and body works.and some few store, UFC GYM located at 2nd floor too.

A new place after it .. We are waiting for the rest of the stores to open so that the evaluation is done correctly .. But it serves the area in terms of household supplies and the pharmacy, as well as the presence of the jewel for goldIt's just light, I think and the sweet thing is that it has Starbucks, KFC, Pizza Hut, and how many other storesIt is still under construction in terms of opening the existing stores, so the movement in it is very light. It must have continuous activities to attract people and the community around it.

Mall is not fully operational, still work is going on inside shops. It has ample of car parking area.

It's a compact mall I think and the sweet thing is that it has Starbucks, KFC, Pizza Hut, and how many other stores for shopping ????️????.
