We Left our car for 1 week and paid over £100 to leave in their care. Returned to find our car smashed up badly down one side and park and fly take no responsibility or provide no help.. They don’t even have their cameras on. Park at your own risk but we won’t be parking there again. They are unprofessional and less than helpful. My incident number from them was in the hundreds so you can see how often it happens. I can guarantee everyone of them has been fobbed off like us.

This place does not even deserve one star!!!!

My new BMW X3 has been badly damaged in the care of Newcastle airport parking. Absolute morons working here, do not book if you care about your car and how it's driven when you are away enjoying your holiday. No complaints procedure, no explanation and no apology!

It was my dash cam that alerted me to how my vehicle had been driven! Even though initially the staff did not accept any liability!!! Newcastle airport did however pay for two new diamond cut alloys and pay for the dent to be removed from the jeep. Newcastle airport dragged the refund out as long as possible and they were not helpful at all. I had to sort everything regarding getting the vehicle back to its original state BUT the airport did pay the invoice. The whole experience was traumatic and we did not expect that the staff would have such disregard for our hard earned jeep. We would not recommend the car parking facility to anyone and we will not use these guys again! Morons!

Sunday afternoon nobody picks phone up to book car in one of the phone numbers on their website does not exist ended up up going with the Metro use this company before no problems what happens on a Sunday afternoon late

Upon pickup 80 miles added. Proven with GPS, cameras and fuel and photos, but they said "no". Fit your car with CCTV and GPS before you leave it here, you may never see it again. Reported the issue, was advised to go 222 miles to watch the CCTV, comedians who don't deserve your business. BUYERS BEWARE
