Worst Service...which pulls the brand Nissan (Infinity).. I gave my car to them and all I heard for 45 day's is the parts are not in stock..finally agreed for a repair...now the quality of repair was so bad they did not even manage to fix it.. while driving the new part fixed.. Just comes out...

Please with such quality of after sales Service.. think buying such brands

I would like to share my very positive experience when my car’s front glass broke and I went to Al Masaood body shop. The service advisor there Ms. Amal Youssef was so amazing and kind, she listened to my concerns that I need my car to finish quickly as I have many commitments and would be very difficult for me to stay few days without it. She made sure that my experience was as positive as possible as she arranged for a truck to come to my house to collect my car and then deliver it back fully fixed in less than 24 hours. She was in continuous contact with me updating me about everything. I am truly very grateful for her kindness and care and I believe her high quality service needs to be acknowledged and recognized.

The staffs are so helpful. However, the calls were never attended when I tried. May be that's a random mistake.

Very good experience with the Team. Notably Mr. Eslam. He did everything to make the insurance claim so smooth and the repair was done and car was delivered within 2 days. Top quality work and service.

One of the worst. They behave as if they are doing it for free. Looks like they expect us to pay then some commission when we take the car for service.
I took my Nissan patrol for repair through insurance, (as front left headlight and tyre guard damaged, i took it as insurance coverage was with agency repair) in 2020 after a small accident with road side rod. they replaced the front left headlight. They said the arc shape guard for tyres is not available ,one of them had broken in my car. The supervisor first told me to remove other 3 tires , I did not agree. Then they said they will get in a week, they made me to keep the vehicle for a week . Then they said it will take 3 months so they billed it for insurance and took my signature. After 3 months they called me . I took the vehicle there, then they realized that the part they ordered was for some
other model it is not fitting my car. The supervisor was behaving as if he has done a great job for me , looks like he was looking for some money form me. He was telling total cost of repair billed to insurance is AED28k and I have to pay only AED500 etc.
Finally I went to one private body work shop nearby , he took the broken guard , repaired it fitted to my tyre. He charged me jsut AED50 and done the work in 30minutes . Now it looks like original . this repair I did 3 years back and still the guard looks fine.
But the paint work done by Nisan body shop is poor, now after 2 years I can seen the difference. I called Nisan call center and had given feedabck that time but they did not bother about it.
Overall it is a bad workshop , better for body repair , if you are out of agency repair take it to some known workshops, they do nbetter job at reasonable rate and they treat you well. These people have attitude problem also .

Worst car dealership body shop I've ever experienced, and I've been dealing with dealerships for the last 16 years. Poor service, high prices, zero follow ups, zero information, unqualified personnel, untimely delivery, always behind schedule, you name it. I am never ever buying another Nissan because of such dealership.
