I was in a minor accident where I got rear ended, my insurance referred me to this garage for the repair.

The garage got in touch with me and asked me to drop off my car for the repair. I was told it would take 3 days, after 5 days they delivered it to me. Only on the same day as the delivery, I was informed that there was a missing part that would take a month to arrive in order for the car to be fixed. The car was with them for 5 days for nothing, it was not repaired.

I was very frustrated at this point, they had the accident report with pictures and details of the damage prior to me dropping off the car (as requested by them), and they had also been in touch with the insurance. Therefore, they should have been able to give me an accurate time of how long it would really take to get the car fixed. If I had the accurate information, I would have never left my car with them that day. Instead, I would have asked my insurance to refer me to a different garage or just waited until they had the part they needed to bring the car back.

After this, they assured me that when the part arrived they would pick up my car, fix it, and drop it back to me without any additional cost. The missing part finally arrives at the garage many days later than expected, however, they refused to pick up and drop off my car as I was told. After requesting to speak to management countless times I was finally able to speak with someone. During our phone call they again agreed to pick up the car and told me they would let me know the time. I asked for them to communicate the pick up time in advance as I have responsibilities and needed to use my car for one hour that day, unfortunately this did not happen. They messaged me 15 mins before saying they were on their way, unfortunately, I had to pick up my children from school during that time and they refused to come afterwards.

At that point I just wanted to get the car fixed so I took it there myself. They fixed the car and manager to get it back to me that same night, which i appreciated. In the end they fixed the car but the whole process was a headache.

Worst garage ever they lie to the insurance no parts is ordered they just keep the car there for one month and take parts from it. Even they destroyed the interior by keeping the glass open. Don't trust any word they say. No reciept of car parts is ordered they lie for one month

The Egyptian manager is disrespectful, and called the police. She doesn't want me to take my car, in addition to the fact that they haven't finished.

Worst service ever … non qualified employees … i took my car to them to fix the side mirror it took them more than 2 month to get the parts and didn’t fix it yet … I don’t recomend anyone to take their car to them ????????????????????????????????????????????????

Neerly did a perfect repair. Need to pay more attention to detail. Swap old part that was marked to be swapped for new. Delivery was one day late.
