Good place for people who crave food! I often go after my work to have a cup of coffee or to eat these cakes that make me feel happy after my workload. you can also walk around this place and buy things. Groceries that you want for your daily usage. peaceful please and staff are quite friendly.

What I like here is the Bread Basket Displays, where you can buy sweets, ready to eat rice and different fish curries since I cannot eat chicken, but this place actually has more better choices of fish curries for a quick lunch. Tables and chairs are there too, so it is cool even if you have to walk from Shams Boutik, a bit far if your office is somewhere there and if you feel tired and wants to eat, you can be comfortable taking time.

The quality of product are excellent. But when it comes to service is terrible especially for all cashiers.

All food item’s was okay and sitting in cashier one girl she was very rude and even not smiling too.we are paying for all items so they should give us a good service. manager should take brief for them and they need proper training

It’s a normal market ! Medium Size, not like a supermarket but not a small ! Is good to who lives around the area , like me ! The entrance this market in in parking arc tower , very close entrance Arc A ground floor, reception, anyway way you can to buy a lot things that needs to every day to breakfast, lunch and dinner!

After 10 months I gave the supermarket another chance - I should have known better. Customer service has gotten even worse. This store urgerntly needs staff training - starting with the manager. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Bad service. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Fresh produce - NOT fresh.

I'm writing this review after visiting Al Maya at the Gate community since they commenced operations. We were all excited to know o their opening and the accessibility to the community. However, except for the always smiling and helpful managers, the staff lacks etiquette's. They always pass the questions to someone, make you wait & if you don't need something because it wasn't tagged properly, they will yell across the cashier, make an irritable face and speak under their breath.
Some of their staff is a wrong fit to serve in this community because of their behavior. I hope they train the staff or can bring them to 50% of the customer service characters of their manager. Co-incidentally, many have an issue with the same cashier as per the comments below!

For a pretty small supermarket it actually has a surprisingly wide variety of products. It does have a pork section for non muslims and a bakery section. I find it cheaper than waitrose but it does have far less variety in products. Unlike other reviews I have had no problem with staff.
