Lovely community, 3 swimming pools, 3 gyms, multiple sports courts & 5 star facilities. Lifts can be slow sometimes but it’s not an issue if people use them wisely.

Nice community and amenities, with easy access to shams boutik mall and Burjeel day surgery, but that is all. Windows don’t open. No balconies. If you have 2 cars most allocations are one car behind the other so you have to move one to get the other out which is crazy! And worst of all is the lifts. How can a building so big only have 3 elevators serving each floor? It can take 20-30 mins to get down during school/office timings. Creates so much stress. You often have to go up to come down and even then the lifts going up are getting fuller. Do not recommend if you hate waiting or if you have a young family. Lots of better options in same price bracket.

If you do decide to stay here try and get direct from Provis and ensure your maintenance company is Khidmah. Too many private landlords here trying to do things on the cheap.

Good accessibility, community excellence, mart and clinic proximity, good place to live.
But the elevator problem is the worst. You have to wait at least 10 ~15 minutes during busy hours. It often breaks down and takes days to fix it.

This is one of the land mark building in Al Reem Island ????????
This building is residential and is connected directly to the shams mall.
It's a very big community with lot of faculties for the residents.
My mom and my granny were also here.
I like this complete area and the buildings nearby like Arc and sky.

Management has gotten much worse. Life here is just getting more and more annoying. They don't have replacement key cards for tenants to access the car park which means you have to deal with car park staff on a daily basis just to get home from work.
Management removed the access buttons from their front desk staff which unlock doors for tenants in order to get into the building either from parking lot or front door. So now you intercom call reception who cannot help you. Reveption then calls central security office who then take time to open the door and let you in. Absolute pain.
Thirdly. This place has converted from singles and couples to almost every apartment having large families which makes elevators over populated and the waiting times delayed to 15 minutes just to get on an elevator to leave for work in the morning. Infuriating.

A must see when you go to Abu Dhabi. Beautiful architecture. Both on Al Reem Island and on neighboring Al Maryah Island.

Poor management. Far too many unsupervised children. Noisy and inconsiderate neighbours. A basement parking that reeks of refuse most of the time. You can do better
