I’ve been using Windsor nails for 3 years now and I love it every single time I get my nails done. Tom and his team are so friendly, creating a very nice comfortable atmosphere for clients. They always get my nails spot on every time, I recommend Windsor nails to all my friends and family. ????

I used Windsor Nails for the first time for an SNS manicure. The staff were very friendly and extremely professional. The salon is a nice, clean environment too, with happy customers engaging in conversation with staff and each other. The service provided was incredible and the job done was immaculate. My nails look incredible. The range of choice of colour as well is very good, especially compared to my last salon. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and i will be making them my new regular nail place!

Windsor nails is the best place in Windsor to get your nails done, this isnt a compliment, however. Whenever I come here there are always discrepancies in the results and the procedures each time. You can't ask for your favourite person, you get who is available: and the capabilities of each nail technician varies; It's hit and miss.
Sadly, for me, there doesn't seem to be any emphasis on the preservation and health of your actual nails, staff are only interested in covering up the nail or removing what is covering them up in any way that they can do it. They will soak your nails in chemicals and use the drill machines to scrub your nails to hell. I find the removal of nail products to be particularly invasive.
Perhaps this is just the nature of nail salons. The staff here are nice but I still find them wanting in technique especially for a simple shellac or dipping powder application. These are meant to last 2-3 weeks but I find my application starts to chip after 5 days for the shellac and after 10 days for the dipping powder. And after I get these removed my nails are in agony for at least a week because of how the the nail application was removed. It's been a week since the dipping powder was removed from my nails and they look like a horror show, they're painful from the harsh abrasive nail scouring that they were subjected to.
I love having my nails done but I need to stop to preserve my nail health. Such a shame, but my nails just can't take it anymore, you can actually see the nail damage but I'm far too embarrassed to take pictures of them ????

You get what you pay for. Nothing is sanitised. The desk has not been cleaned from a previous customer. Staff don't really pay attention as they multitasking while doing your nails such as taking the payments from other clients or answering the phones. Cuticles not touched, so very basic manicure and shellac has been applied quite far from the Cuticles. I guess the reason behind it is for you to come sooner as the growth of the nail will be visible quite soon. Won't be coming back

Fantastic service, been coming here for more than 4 years and always get a great job!!!
So many fabulous colours and designs to choose from. I Recommend Tom, Johnny, Leanne and all the team, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been coming to see Tom at Windsor Nails for the last 3 years after a bad experience at a different salon. I was immediately impressed with the great customer service I was given and his willingness to listen to my nail art ideas and make them a reality! He has got to know me well and it is their friendliness and of course nail technique ability that keeps me coming back. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else!
