The delivery guy is rude, he want to deliver on his convenient time only and do not want to follow the customers availability.

Today I went to noon warehouse.
when i entered in the warehouse, security guy was not there.

He was standing far from the door and suddenly he call me "OYE" and the way he looked at me with attitude was not good.He has to be polite with the visitor.

Because first time visitor doesn't know that is it allowed to enter inside or no?
Should put notice outside, visitor should stay outside the door.
It was bad experience.

They don't care about their clients just running a business for money, I think they seems like a sister company to Aramex both are surrounded with a very unprofessional management , fire all your managers and bring a professional individuals maybe they can level up your policy.

Them service not good. Because I older but not delivered and they repondy money but now give me full, and I call for customer service not answering also very bad service

They cancel my order on the day that i supposed to receive it... And its very difficult to get my refund i need to wait for 3 months to get my refund, why not put my refund on the account wallet so that i can use it in my next order...bad experience on my first use of noon
