Very bad service specially for BMW cars. They don’t have experience in those cars. I sent my car with their recovery, they damaged the seat setting and i left it for more than 10 days they didn’t know how to fix it. And i bring it there 3 times everytime they say we will check another way. And all was waste of time. They wasted my time and their time without doing anything. Not expert as per my experience

Service is not that good as per my experience. Whenever I give car, I need to bring it back the second or third time since they don't check the exact cause at the first time and if a person without any automobile experience goes to the garage, it's sure the garage shop will end up by adding some unnecessary cost in the Tax-Invoice

The best place for car related works such as mechanical and electrical works . Here they are special for airbag resetting and full range of auto needs. Also they have good waiting room with majilis facility

I brought my Range Rover Sport to the workshop due to a malfunction in the cooling system in October 2021 and to this day the problem has not been fixed despite the replacement of spare parts worth 10,000 dirhams. The car is parked for weeks for repair, and then the same problem returns again after several days,
After my experience with this workshop, I would never recommend dealing with them due to lack of experience and lack of credibility

Few days ago i took the car to another garage and i fixed it without changing the engine as u claim .

I always bring my cars here in Mubashir for last 5 years. I have one vehicles. serviced and repaired from Mubashir. My service relationship coordinator is Mr.Able joy , very polite, customer friendly. He always gave me a comfort that my cars are taken care by right people.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! 100% SATISFACTION
I am an individual who lives offshore and I was looking for a shop to do an inspection of a car I want to purchase from Abu Dhabi. Mubashir was extremely helpful in arranging recovery service/tow service for the vehicle and getting a pre-inspection done. His shop did a detailed inspection for me which I could not even do myself even if I was there!!! I was provided with lots of pictures and videos of the flaws in the vehicle so I can make an informed decision. The shop also gave me an estimate on repair costs and gave me true value of car in present market. Absolutely 100% satisfied with the service and will ALWAYS deal with them for any inspection or maintenance if I ever need to in the future. The shop also provided me with many electronic payment options and only took money once the job was done. Very honest, caring and trustworthy! Thank you for a great experience!
